Responsibilities:

MER Process is concerned with performing validity checks on a customer’s Month-End report to ensure accurate funding and is the most important control within IDA.

This is end to end Process involves the raising of adjustments and communication with the customer and Providing Customer Services.

It is the point at which any adverse activity would be noted for referral and action to the RM (Relationship Manager)

This process is completed predominantly by offshore unless the customer needs to be contacted by telephone-onshore will do this.

Major Activities

Raising adjustments Like Cash, credit, Write off & write back.

Contacting RM teams for Contra entries and if any quires.

Processing Intercompany transfer For same Currency (GBP & EUR)

Currency sale For Other currency (GBP – EUR) & USD.
