Post-Contract Duties:

Review and understand all relevant project Tender/Contract documents relating to the cost management of allocated projects.

Prepare and Review BOQ based on Tender/Contract documents.

Prepare and issue the NSC/NSS Contract Documents to the Employer for Tendering.

Prepare and issue the Tender Evaluation reports of NSC/NSS Contract documents to the Employer for finalization the Tender packages.

Prepare and issue the Monthly Cost Report to the Employer.

Evaluate the Contractor's variation claims and prepare the Variation Orders to the Employer for their approval.

Evaluate the Contractor's Payment application and prepare the Engineer's Payment Certificate for all the Interim and Final payment applications.
