IT Support Specialist – Clearance (TS/SCI POLY) 04/2019- Present

Responsible for resolving any software issues on user’s computer and within the company’s networks.

Set up new desktop and laptop computers.

Resolving multiple printer issues.

Connecting desktops and laptops to printers and scanners.
