Installation testing and commissioning of Smart Board, Projectors, E-Podiums.
Installation testing and commissioning SIOMON VOSS smart handles.
Installation testing and commissioning of Video Conference system.
Installation, Commissioning and Configuration of LG Video Wall’s.
Management of all the Construction and Maintenance Teams.
Prepare the MR, IR, IRFI as per the site condition and requirements.
Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly schedule.
Co-ordination with Third Parties, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
Support Senior Management with correct and accurate information where/when required.
Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly look ahead schedules for execution.
Coordinate with the design team to analyze the drawings, specifications & statement of works for site execution.
To coordinate various departments like procurement, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, Technical.
Provide advice to PMs regarding provision of Tools, Equipment’s & material.
To coordinate with the Contractor & Consultant in order to clear up technical issues & get the approvals required from the consultant.
Maintain technical records, design revisions, invoices, work statements.
Coordinate with our accounts dept. for preparation of Invoices for Materials delivered, installation to be submitted to the contractor.
Conduct regular Evaluation and Assessment of the existing manpower.
Allocate Relevant Manpower to Projects including Numbers, Levels and Locations.
