Vice President of Marketing, Communications, & Business Development - Fios Inc. –Portland, OR (1999 – 2003) Co-founder of a legal services company which provided eDiscovery services to ligation teams. I oversaw all brand development, competitive research and marketing activities including naming the company, designing the logo, product managing the corporate and product web sites, and company / product positioning, informational product content, focused media planning and execution. Oversaw all PR / Communications efforts using external agencies. In addition, I developed content (white-papers) and lead generation processes (though events) which resulted in the company being considered the premier provider of eDiscovery services by the second year. Developed various vendor and channel partnerships with major law firms and legal service providers nationwide. We had 7 million in revenue after the first 18 months. Fios developed an eDiscovery SaaS platform and web-based product offering which was the pioneering service and extended into M&A filings.
