As Sr.Fabrication Manager (In charge Fabrication and erection) with HCC Ltd-( for KRCL- Construction of cable stayed Bridge across river Anji khad on Katra-Banihal Section of Udhampur- Srinagar - Baramulla rail link project at J&K. package of Rs 380 Cr consisting of 7500MT fabrication and erection and Launching). Assisting to project manager as In charge fabrication and erection for day to day execution, planning, monitoring and billing and leading a team of 06 no of Engineers and 350 skilled unskilled work force).

. Allocation of the work to Manager/Engineer.

. Execution, monitoring, planning related to fabrication and erection of C.S and S.S with

. Stringent requirements.

Floating inquiries for bought out items & follow ups with various vendors.

Finalization of rates received from various vendors in consultation with PM.

Attending meetings and interact with client/consultant for clarifying matters relating to Contract and work.

Finalization of Basic Rates in consultation with PM

Guide/supervise AE/JE in working out item rate Costing and analysis.

Checking the rate analysis of all items including working of overheads & loading patterns

Finalization of working cost, construction schedule, construction methodology, machinery & man power planning etc. as per requirement in consultation with PM.

To get the complete tender reviewed with PM

Attending the review meetings with management.

To ensure proper and timely submission of Bill including its technical attachments

Project specific presentation etc. as per the requirement of the work.

Area of Excellence

Fabrication and erection of Pressure vessels, HSD tanks, plant piping and structural steel work at TV picture tube manufacturing plant, textile plants and Petrochemicals.

Structural fabrication and erection at Nuclear power plant including Reactor Domes, Transport portal structure, Polar crane beams, Calandria vault, etc. Involves fabrication M.S and S.S with stringent accuracy including mock-up of torispherical reactor steel dome of 355 MT with 48 m dia and 8m height, Polar crane beam inside the reactor with 150 Mt weight and 0.5mm accuracy and Calandria vault made of stainless steel.

Liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters.• Coordinate of contract process and procedures.• Deal with extra claims, variations raised by other agencies and contractors.• Negotiations with vendors and sub-agencies.• Issue variation orders; deal with post contractual issues and extra claims. QA/QC: Assisting the Section In charge in maintaining and controlling quality standards as per given specifications. Generating field quality plan for the given project and ensuring quality checks for all activities on at the site. Examining and verifying the methodology for a particular operation and maintaining all quality records, MIS pertaining to QA/QC. Checking STEEL STRUCTURE-WELDING quality like RT,UT,PT,MT test and finishing activities on daily basis and conducting technical audits at site.
