I was working on Preparation of Technical Documents; Material Approval Requests, Method Statements for Landscape Works and other Technical Submittals. Providing technical support to designing, technical and operations departments for better execution of projects. Major Projects:
Worked on Mega Projects on technical areas (like Qatar National Museum, Mall of Qatar, Khalifa Avenue, Aspire Zone Kidzania, Park at Zone 66, New Villa at Rayyan, New South Beach House for Ameer Family). Section In-Charge Horticulture, Senior Horticulture Officer Fatima Fertilizer Limited, Pakistan Feb. 2011 - 4 Oct. 2015 and from 18 July 2016 till current date .
I am running the section with 10 Supervisors and 95 Gardening Staff to develop and maintain an area of 400 acres including Landscaping, Irrigation, Forestry and Agronomic activities. Major soft and hard landscape project development and maintenance of Golf Courses, Play Grounds, Community Parks, Green Belts, Eco-Friendly Parks, Nursery, Fruit Orchards, High Efficiency Irrigation Systems Installation and Environmental uplifting by vegetation approach.
Additionally I am providing landscaping consultancy for two other Fertilizers plants of Fatima Group
(Pak Arab Fertilizer Plant Multan and Fatima Fert Plant, Sheikhupura). My key roles in the said job are as mentioned below;
Conceptual and detailed designing for site Soft and Hard Landscape projects.
Conducting studies of required sites for future development for ecology, soil properties and master plans.
Execution supervision of landscape development activities at site. Project management of civil landscape construction (including park and playground, sports grounds, Golf Course, cricket practice wickets, sports ground lighting, irrigation systems, and general hard/soft landscaping, related budget and all technical requirements to accomplish the job.
Inspections to check the quality of soft and hard landscape work of contractors staff.
Inspection to check the integrity of landscape development & maintenance work with specified procedures.
Selection of plant material and nurseries visits to discover some suitable alternate plant material.
Installation of irrigation systems.
Training the Horticulture work force.
Preparation of annual budget and its better utilization.
Focus on performance of under command staff.
Work as contact manager with vendors of services, manpower and material suppliers and preparation of vendor performance reports.
Raised the satisfaction level of internal clients from all interfaces.
Ensured the compliance of applied management systems and HSE rules and policies.
Income enhancement from agronomic crops, orchard and fish farming projects to facilitate industrial role for Corporate Social Responsibility. I was also active part of CSR and Environmental Management System teams.

I worked as “Assistant Manager Production (Micro Nutrients)” at Plant of Four Brothers Group, situated at Ferozpur Road, Lahore Pakistan. It’s one of biggest Pesticides, Fertilizers, seeds and other agriculture services providing groups in Pakistan. I was also looking after all Horticulture activities at plant site and providing consultation to Tissue Culture Project Team. Manager Landscape Services, Hortilinks International Lahore, Pakistan July 2005 to Feb. 2010 Under this designation my duties were:
Working on drafting of soft and hard landscape designs for potential clients and detailed drawings for finalized projects execution.
Training and development of marketing and services staff according to company policy.
To prepare plans and implementation for sales and business enhancement (according my plans, company successfully launched the sales and marketing of seeds, plants and household insecticides products and services)
Generating new concepts/designs for better development and implementation.
Time to time visit of Landscape clients and products sales dealers for obtaining feedback for projects progress and products efficiency in market.
To supervise purchasing, packaging and marketing of Ornamental Plants, Horticulture/landscape Accessories and Household Insects/pest control chemicals.
To look after the department of Household Insects Control Services.
To manage import, packaging and marketing of Annual Flowers Seeds from countries like United Kingdom, Germany, Holland, Thailand, United States of America etc.

Responsible for creating plans and designs, preparing models and cost estimates for each site development project.
Communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors and employees and attending project related meetings.
Managing contracts which include coming up with the scope of work and the budget that will go with it
Preparing written projects and making the necessary recommendations
Conducting site inspections to check whether the projects are compliant with existing laws and designed intents.
Provide expertise in developing and implementing work programs and schedules. Plantation Development Manager, Shakir Enterprises (Pvt) Limited, Pakistan Jan 1999 to Dec 2000 My duties during this job were:
Establishment of Nurseries at different sites for the production of seedlings of Tree plants.
Transplantation of seedlings to different sites according to the given designs.
Arrangement of technical and raw labour to complete the jobs.
Training and development of the working staff for better out puts and safe working.
To make developments according to the target.
Making progress reports for fortnight and monthly meetings with client and higher management.
Ensuring all plants and shrubs received proper water and fertilizer, and that the fertilizer used was in keeping with being part of the green industry.
