Improved operating margins leading to sale of business to PriceWaterhouse Coopers Canada at 150% of target sale price; negotiated and oversaw office relocation; led finance/accounting & IT teams; and managed integration of operation with PwC including system conversion.
Edelman Public Relations, Toronto, October 2000 to June 2006 Edelman is the largest privately-held public relations agency in the world.
Completed turnaround of finance department including 30% reduction in headcount and achieving five year compound annual growth in excess of 15%.
