KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Responsible for organizing technical inspection and expediting activities, includes coordination with clients, inspectors and suppliers.

Propose CV of Inspectors along with their certificates for client approval prior to mobilization.

Educate inspectors regarding client specifications and organize stage / final inspections as per ITP.

Ensure the latest revision of documents / scope is made available to assigned inspectors for their reference.

Coordinate with vendors on manufacturing plan and supply status.

Plan and match the inspectors visit and inspection requirements of various projects at various sites.

Review Inspection Reports, documents received from Inspectors and make sure the reports meets clients requirements and follow-up with inspectors/ coordinators for reports in case of any delay.

Ensure invoicing of all inspection assignments carried out.
