Leading the Piping / Pipeline construction team on projects, coordinate with engineering and construction disciplines and project delivery functions to managing time, cost and quality to meet our client requirements and expectations. Also client facing focused, ability to interact effectively with key stakeholders, customers and third party suppliers.

Proactive coordination and communication within and outside of the project team, to ensure the correct quality of output is achieved in the correct timeframe.

Coordinate inputs and personnel as required, check and review datasheets, specifications, design philosophies, reports and studies.

Ensuring compliance requirements are met for design and Clients standards. Good Knowledge on Saudi Aramco standards. Experience in preparing Wall Thickness Calculation per ASME B31.3 & B31.4/B31.8.

Responsible for developing & deliver the Piping Deliverables like Plot Plan, Piping Material Specification Piping plan, Isometrics, Safety Instruction Sheet, Valve datasheet, Hydro test Diagram, Tie-in Index & Tie In Location Plan.

Review FEED documents, sort out FEED discrepancies, 30 %, 60 %, 90 %, 100 % DD package review and issuance of IFC.

During design phase conducts several sites visits to ensure the correctness of design and implementation of actual site conditions

Evaluation of HOT STOPPLES work from construction point of view during design period.

Attending 3D model review session with Design Consultant, Aramco and Stakeholders.

Involved in Material Requisition preparation & review, TBE (Technical Bid evaluation) of technical offers, NMR 601,602, 603 approvals.

Planning, management and successful delivery of construction scopes of works.

Ensure monitoring / witnessing of piping activities, progress reporting, risks are comprehensively identified, tracked and mitigated.

Carry out key technical process reviews on projects.

Process package management, from specification, through capital cost estimation, procurement, post-order expediting and installation to handover.

Ensure Change Control procedures are rigorously followed, as related to project piping design, including determination of impact on project schedule and cost.
