Perform routine check on the general health

condition and production performance of birds to

coordination with animal health specialists as

Ensure proper dispersal, medication and

administration of vaccines, antibiotics, vitamins

and other poultry medications seeing to it that

such were properly given in accordance with

animal health procedures.

Documents and analyze weekly efficiency

paramaters: ALW, Morality/Depeletion,FCR, ADG,

Total feeds consumption (bags/thousand birds) etc. and checking in all farm reports for accuracy,

correctness and timeliness of submission. Ensures

production performance is regularly evaluated and

reviewed with the partners to be able to come up

with action plans and improvements

Forecasting – requesting, monitoring and control of farn inputs: feed medicines, vaccines and other

biologicals.

Monitoring of weekly, monthly, and year to date

efficiency parameters (ALW, FCR, Mortality, Broiler Production Index) versus the company’s target or

budget on a yearly basis.

On farm necropsies for flock health surveillance prior to giving recommendations on flock medication and

supplementation.

Clinical Diagnosis of the flock based on clinical signs, lesions and responsible in timely submission of blood, fecal, water and other samples for routine laboratory examination and analysis.

Ensure all provisions of broiler production agreement are strictly being implemented including biosecurity and safety policies.

Consolidate and process farm liquidations and in computing incentives and penalties based on

contract growing payment provision

Provide continuous trainings to farm personnel on systems and processes with regards to house

preparation, chick acceptance, brooding, growing,

feeding, ventilation and proper documentation

Strategic Planning and allocation of feeds (logistics), bird size (lechon manok, regular birds, and big birds), and overall poultry technical representative of farms

Extra-curricular services such as client relations, capacity development, expansion and recruitment.

Farm level seminars and training for investors and farm personnel regarding poultry growing

management, flock health, and efficient resource

handling.
