I bring with me fifteen years of customer service experience employed at TELUS and over ten years of administrative experience working in a variety of industries including property management, travel, real estate and insurance. I was employed as a summer student at a downtown property management company, First Real Properties, (formerly Yale Properties Ltd.) over the course of several summers while attending university. ln July 2009 the company hired Diane as their full-time receptionist, and I was given the responsibility to train her in the position.
