PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
A total of Ten and a half years of work experience (Kerala, Bangalore and Dubai) (with relieving letter) in Healthcare BPO, KPO, International Hospital, and Food Industry.
HACCP Team Leader/Person-In-Charge for one year with PIC certification in LG FMCG Trading LLC (LTC International Warehouse), Dubai
Medical Coding for two and a half years from payer side in Denial coding – Knowledge in multispecialty domain which includes E&M, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Lab & Pathology, and Psychotherapy. Auditing the claims processed by Associate coders to ensure the assigned codes meet all federal, legal and insurance regulations so that service payments are made with accuracy in a timely fashion. Within six months of training (before completion), got selected to do Live job as Medical Transcriptionist. Further, received promotion as a Mentor and later as a Junior Quality Analyst and thereafter as a Senior Quality Analyst. Subsequently, started to work from home as a Home Medical Transcriptionist with a Direct-To-Client status, all these within two years’ time
