PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

A total of Ten and a half years of work experience (Kerala, Bangalore and Dubai) (with relieving letter) in Healthcare BPO, KPO, International Hospital, and Food Industry.

HACCP Team Leader/Person-In-Charge for one year with PIC certification in LG FMCG Trading LLC (LTC International Warehouse), Dubai

Medical Coding for two and a half years from payer side in Denial coding – Knowledge in multispecialty domain which includes E&M, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Lab & Pathology, and Psychotherapy. Auditing the claims processed by Associate coders to ensure the assigned codes meet all federal, legal and insurance regulations so that service payments are made with accuracy in a timely fashion. Medical Transcription for three and a half years with a thorough understanding of Anatomy and Physiology – Transcribing or converting voice-recorded reports, as dictated by the physicians or other healthcare professionals, from audio files into text format.

Within six months of training (before completion), got selected to do Live job as Medical Transcriptionist. Further, received promotion as a Mentor and later as a Junior Quality Analyst and thereafter as a Senior Quality Analyst. Subsequently, started to work from home as a Home Medical Transcriptionist with a Direct-To-Client status, all these within two years’ time
