1. Doha Oasis (440,000 m2) - Qatar Oct’16 to till date Client: Haloul Real Estate Investment Co. PMC: AECOM The Doha Oasis Mixed Use Development Project with total built up area of 440,000m2 will be erected on the 72,025m2 of the MUSHEIREB District in the Heart of Doha. The Project consist of Residential Building (4B+G+9 Story), Hotel (4B+G+28 Story, Mall (G+2 Story) and Theme Park. Synopsis:

• Analyze, review and approve Contractor’s Baseline Programme 2 of 3

• Review and approve Contractor’s Weekly update and validate progress reporting

• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards for Client

• Review and Evaluation of Contractor’s EOT submission (Time –Impact analysis)

• Managing and administering integrated, coordinated EPC III & IV programme, recovery & remaining works programme for the project

• Monitoring issues and correspondences related with Client and Contractors.

Doha Festival City Project (570,000 m2) - Qatar Jun’15 to Sep’16 Client: ALEC & GCC (JV - Contractor) PMC: MACE International Doha Festival City Mall: The retail, leisure and entertainment sectors with the scale of the project comprising over 264,000 sq. m of gross leasable area over 600 outlets, of which there are 100 restaurants and cafes, the first of its kind entertainment zone (VOX Cinemas and a snow park) and approximately 8,000 parking spaces.

Synopsis:

• Preparation of ground for claim to justify the Claim Compensation.

• Delay Analysis. EOT claim. Time Impacted Programme for EOT claims.

• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for Client

• Preparing Delay analysis report for Management Review 3. Central Planning Office (CPO) – Qatar National Vision. July’12 to May’15 Client: Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planning. The State of Qatar has established the Central Planning Office (CPO) as the single authority charged with coordinating and integrating the planning and implementation of the various transportation and infrastructure projects.

I summarize some of my Role in CPO as follows:

• Development of Integrated Master Programme Schedule including all infrastructure projects

(estimated 400 bill QAR) to be carried out prior to FIFA 2022 and to achieve the Qatar National Vision) of 2030.

• Preparation of Monthly Portfolio reports including programme summary report, resource and cost profiles, Portfolio dashboards for submission to the Client.

• Interface resolution between stakeholders by identifying Strategic Interface Milestones and integrating them into the schedule.

• Scenario Planning / What-if analysis in terms of modification of scope, schedule and levelling of resources thereby suggesting alternatives for an achievable programme. 4. Phoenix Market city – “Shopping Mall”, (India’s Biggest Mall) - India Jul’10 to Jun’12 5. Palladium Hotel – 2B+G+40 Storey.

Client: Market City Resources – Phoenix Mills Group. Project details:

The PHOENIX MILL is India’s one of the leading developer and operator of iconic, Large format, retail-led, mixed use development in city centric locations, primarily existing in tier I cities, under the brand name of “MARKET CITY”. The Phoenix Market City Mumbai is a mixed-use development consisting of a Shopping Mall, Multiplex, Family Entertainment Centre and Offices. The project is planned on a plot admeasuring about 110,000 m2, Mumbai (India). Synopsis:

• Overall responsibility of all project management functions which includes preparing detailed logical scheduling (Cl.14 Contract Master Programme). monitoring and controlling projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment & Time over-runs that helped professional team to take right decisions.

• Coordinating all design issues with Architect, Consultants and Project team

• As Manager Planning 4 Planners report to me. Responsible (functionally) for all the planning services required for the Civil, MEP and Interior Fit-out works.

6. The Executive Office Headquarters (2B+G+9), Fit-out Project Oct’08 – Jun’10 Client: Dubai Holding PMC: Kling Consult

Project details:

Fit-out works with all modern facilities and amenities as it is the prestigious office building to house the offices of some top Dubai Authorities and office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdaan. Synopsis:

• Developed Clause 14 schedule and detail construction schedule for fit-out works for 2B+G+9 storey buildings (2 Nos) and Submitted Extension of Time and got approved from the Client.

• Coordinated with all the subcontractors involved in the project and providing, evaluating & analyzing the performance progress report of the sub-contractors to the management for corrective action.

• Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment & Time over- runs. Monitor and identify variances on all discipline.

• Monitoring issues and correspondences related with the Sub Contractors. 7. Ras Laffan On-Shore Expansion Project (Train 6 & 7) - Qatar. Sep’06 – Sep’08 8. Al Khaleej Gas Phase 2

Client: Ras Gas PMC: Technip & Chiyoda

Project details:

CCIC engaged in Construction of Ras Gas on Shore Expansion Project Train 6th, Train 7th & AKG-II for Natural Gas Purification & Liquefaction and the associated Buildings (Sub-Stations, SIH etc.)

Synopsis:

• Developed Clause 14 Construction Schedules for Construction of Ras Gas on Shore Expansion Project

• Train 6th, Train 7th & AKG-II. Provide Main-contractor performance progress report & Time & Cost analysis report to the Management for evaluation.

• Imparting training on ‘Tools & Techniques of Project Management’ to selected staff at project sites.
