Professional Duties and Responsibilities,

• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions, assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a weekly / daily basis for all groups at site.

• Monitoring site daily activities and ensuring the work done on-site is as per the Approved Shop Drawing & Project Specifications & based on the client requirements.

• Follow and implement the technical brief and requirement for each discipline for procurement and contractual agreement with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Preparing PQ, Technical Submittals, MS, T&C documents for approval.

• Provide technical input to ensure all systems interconnect and interface correctly

• Support for the Projects Manager through the implementation phase of the project.

• In conjunction with the Projects Manager, take the implementation role throughout the construction phase working with both internal and external teams to produce a fully integrated and coordinate completed the system.

• Be involved with progress meetings both internally and externally taking responsibility to document and record output and actions. Participation in design review meetings and workshops.

• Take a coordination role in the construction progress meetings with Consultants/Contractors and produce actions and minutes for issue to all parties.

• Ensure timely delivery and make sure implementation doesn't overshoot budgets and the highest level of quality. Liaise with Local suppliers / Contractors to ensure adherence to standards and scope of works required by the client.

• Validate & check design drawings for IT/ Communications Systems & Security construction phases of the project. Provide guidance and advice to the ELV team for alternative proposals by the contractor. Responsible for regular site visits to ensure the installation standard is satisfactory.

• Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval at all stages of the project. Preparing documents for handover to the client. 2. Design Engineer –ELV at Consolidated Gulf Company (CGC), Doha-Qatar Oct 2014- Oct 2015

• Designing of CCTV & Structured cabling system as per MOI regulations. Site survey for CCTV & Structured cabling systems.

• Co-ordination with site survey teams. Coordinating with draftsman for preparing shop drawings, cable tray and trunking route, schematic diagram, rack elevation.

• Preparing documents for MOI submission, preparing cable schedule, BOQ &submittals.

• Co-coordinating with IT & Electrical Engineers at the client end.
