●Coordinating social media posts and analysis via Hootsuite, managing regular updates, giveaways, and reporting to engage customers, leading to a 15% increase in traffic for total Facebook page views, and, 41% increase in post engagement
●Upon receiving the requests, our Marketing Team would determine if it was both beneficial for the community and for Navigator. I then reach out to the main point of contact for more information, sponsorship approval, or to decline the request. When approved, I fill out an Authorization Form to give our Accounting Department so they can prepare the check. I then give the artwork information to our Graphic Artist and contact them when it is ready, often through email
