I also took care of the building’s utilities and bills. I wore many hats as a secretary to Mr. Escovilla’s office. I learned a plenty and had a lot of fun. I left in 2016 to venture overseas in search of greater opportunities.

I also learned to deal with customers as I waited tables. This was the day to day business of the restaurant. Working at Coco’s South Bistro was an amazing and fun opportunity for me. I learned and matured as I became an efficient cook.
