Managed insight and opinions of multiple internal and external stakeholders and helped to ensure all stakeholders agreed with current scope and roadmap of project during work break down structure phase of PMLC. Focused on Project Management designing checklists and templates for PMO best practices while working with development Scrum Team of 8.
