Roles & Responsibilities:

• Effective usage of Process Management Tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC for continuous improvement.

• Effective usage of Process Safety Management Tools such as HAZOP, PHA, FMEA, PSSR, Risk Assessment, Near miss reports, etc for enhancement of Process safety on continuous basis.

• Effective observation of Occupational safety tools such as 5S, NFPA training, Fire fighting training, general OSHA guidelines ( topics) awareness in TBT talks.

• Improved the batch distillation column efficiency to 78% from 65% of the MF Recovery Ratio by revamping/modification.

• Reduced the process time cycle of an exothermic reaction from 20 hrs to 8 hrs and scale up from 100 kg to 500 kg batch size.

• Reduced the Process Time Cycle of fractionation of a premium product from 2 weeks to 40 hrs.

• Improved the product quality in terms of colour for an intermediate and scale up from 150 kg to 200 kg batch size.
