JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Designing and preparing mechanical systems including drawings to strictly confirm with international codes, standards and professional practices.

● Co-ordinates mechanical systems with architectural components of the building and other disciplines.

● In design and estimation part, calculating the heat load calculation as per ASHRAE standard by using carrier software HAP 4.4 and distribution the heat load accurately to meet every area or zone needs.

● Duct sizing for HVAC system by using Velocity/Equal Friction method of duct design and designing the Layout.

● Designing of pipes for plumbing as per UPC, IPC standards and plumbing fixtures load calculations.

● Designing of pipes and sprinkler system for firefighting as per NFPA standard.

● Selecting the material and equipment as required for system designed to meet the specifications of the project and consultants.

● Prepare technical specifications, bill of quantities and finally the cost.

● Review, monitor and report on the Project construction schedule. PROJECTS

EXPERIENCE ●

Experience in installation of Ducting, Chilled water pipe line, AHU’s, Pumps, Chillers, Ventilation fans and all other etc.

● Also good knowledge about Fire Fighting & Plumbing installation.

● Ability to manage MEP projects, deal with sub-contractors, suppliers and other department.

● Ability to coordinate with main contractors and consultants to execute the project as per approved drawing and sort out all technical problems.
