Role: Workday HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:

Led Workday implementation to replace the legacy system SAP with Workday HR, Compensation and Reporting.

Perform maintenance of Workday Structures such as supervisory organization, company hierarchy, location hierarchy etc.

Participated in the meetings with SME (Subject Matter Experts), Business Partners, Third-Party vendors for gathering the business requirement and its documentation.

Worked with Workday report writer and created calculated fields, all kinds of custom report custom integrations, using Workday Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Studio etc.
