Remodel included complete sales area, new GMC mansard and signage mounting, new service drive complete with lounge and customer service area, new truck and car display and redid delivery and parking lot area. Ten month time frame allowance and project was completed in eight months.

Project was on budget with total customer satisfaction and recommended for future project.

misters. Constructed a 3500 sq. ft. facility from ground up to completion and open for business.

Complete installation of 1500 gal. grease inceptor system in parking lot for all gray grease water, underground plumbing and 600 AMP main 3 phase for power system. Installed 20' of Chefs table and 20' of grill area complete with fryers, grills, griddle, rice cooker, ANSIL Fire protected hood system, walk in refrigerator and freezer. Installed floating ceiling and LED low voltage, Blue Box dimmable lighting and custom seating complete with lighted patio. Project completion was without incident, on time and within budget.
