As partners, Delta and WestJet airlines are expected to exchange revenue and metrics data involving trans-border routing through daily file exchange process for revenue settlement purpose. Data team will land the daily and 5-year historical data from multiple source systems in data warehouse, transform into meaningful business information and send over the revenue accounting and revenue management data to Delta.

In charge in chief to set up QA team and test processes for Datawarehouse vertical at WestJet.

Started on Datawarehouse team as a sole Test Coordinator and now Leading a team of 12 team members across multiple projects.

Played a key role in setting up QA processes like, Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Test Plan, Test Results summary, Story/scenarios review, sign off documents.

Created and deployed the QA framework to provide 100% test coverage for the Load data from old Datawarehouse (Oracle) and flat file sources into the single SnowFlake DB via Wherescape.

In Collections, Shaw implemented the dollar amounts for pending payments and setting up reminders for payment collection. Service agreement was a new feature to lure customers with additional discounts if the sign up is agreed for 2 years.
