CPS
The Personnel System (CPS) is used to manage personnel issues for the Delphi-E&S workforce. This system handles: promotions, job recalls, interdepartmental transfers, etc. The online system is primarily used to support the Kokomo UAW agreement.
CHP
The local Hourly Payroll system (CHP) is used by Delphi-E&S Hourly Payroll department, hourly plant floor clerks, and the Capital Management department and uses Cobol II, JCL, ISPF panels and data files to generate and view weekly/monthly labor distribution reports used to track labor spending, receives EDSELIT files and prints GM Labor Distribution Process (GMLDP) reports.
