Experience

CAPIOX MOLDING SET-UP TECHNICIAN TCVG 2015 - PRESENT

· Operate multiple mold press machines to produce material used within the Capiox process

· Mold machine setup to include multiple mold changes in various sized mold press machines.

· Daily and preventative maintenance on a variety of mold press machines including support equipment.

· Use of precision testing equipment (CMM – Coordinate Measuring Machine) to establish and maintain

critical dimension standards.

· Inspect molded material for quality issues to determine root cause to reduce/eliminate waste.

CAPIOX MACHINE OPERATOR TCVS 2000-2015

· Operate and maintain various manufacturing machinery including preventative maintenance.

· ISO, GMP and Lean Manufacturing trained to produce highest quality at low cost.

· Inspect and repair product utilizing current specifications and procedures.

· Trained new associates on proper technique for HE potting and Oxygenator Full Potting positions.

ASSEMBLER II LEAR CORPORATION 1996-2000

· Operate and maintain various manufacturing machinery including preventative maintenance.

· Visual inspection of product for manufacturing defects utilizing specifications.
