·When promoted (after only one year) to team leader, in addition to my other tasks, I was then responsible for coordinating work projects with the tech department in order to maintain productivity on various special accounts. Months later, I was again promoted to Configuration Operations Specialist. In this role, I am tasked with managing work flow of orders as well as inventory control, and various problem solving in order to maintain quality productivity within the organization. Additionally, I assist with training and developing new associates within my department.
