Job description:
Prepares all ingredients based on quality and quantity.

Logs and discards all product not used food items to order following standard recipes and procedures with specified time limits.
Preps Assigned items.
Grill raw and prepared foods to order and to requested temperature.
Clean Organize and maintain walk in refrigerator reach in refrigerator coolers drawers prep and dry storage area.
