Manager, Partnership Development, Senior Living Department 2018 – 2019
Develop resource referrals and new partnership opportunities to promote independent, assisted living and memory care at Miami Jewish Health System, a 26-acre residential and medical campus. Recruit prospects to tour campus and sell living options. Handle community relations for the system. Serve on community boards and work with area networking groups including; Miami Coalition on Aging, So Florida Hispanic Coalition on Aging, Alliance on Aging, Mayor’s Elder Affairs Commission, Latino Center on Aging, Consortium for Healthy Miami Dade and numerous chambers of commerce, to help promote the entire campus. Develop opportunities with media outlets to feed stories about the campus. Visit area hospitals, rehabs and meet with care managers, elder attorneys and financial advisors to inform them about Miami Jewish Health and secure referrals.

Led community marketing and customer relations for luxury senior living establishment. Developed referral networks to recruit potential residents by cultivating relationships with doctors, financial advisors, planners, and other community referral sources.
