$6,100,000 Renovation and Ground up Construction
Renovation of two existing buildings on Campus. Demo existing building, excavate, backfill and
rebuild. Using my skills and knowledge of construction to pull the existing schedule in 17 days of the
first 40 days. Received 30+ inches of rain in first two months of Construction. Submitted a Recovery
Schedule to bring end date back to desired opening date for the Client.
SpawGlass Construction
Senior Superintendent 16,000,000 HEB Shopping Facility—September 2017 to
May 2018
Placed on an HEB Store Project in Mont Belvieu, TX. HEB is a Big Client for SpawGlass. HEB
demands high quality in their stores. Build out of an HEB is very fast pace from start to finish. This
was a short term of employment because of the lack work. Vice President of Spawglass has offered
explanation of release if needed.
Sundt Construction
Senior Project Superintendent 32,000,000 WFISD Career and Technology
Center---February 2016 to August 2017
Ground up build out of WFISD Career and Technology Building. State of the Art Facility for High
School students seeking to learn a trade. This Facility offered over 20 different areas of learning and
“hands-on” training. Tight schedule when we began, at the end of the project we had 45 rain days and
the State pulled the school start date 10 days. We were able to turnover the school on time.
EMJ Construction---January 20014 to January 2016
Senior Superintendent 52,000,000 Waterside Development Ft Worth TX.
Ground up build out on a 50-acre site. Retail, Commercial and Retail for developer in Fort Worth. The
Waterside Development was comprised of two main anchors stores with small shops and restaurants.
Worked with the Fort Worth City Officials, XTO, Trinity Water Authority and the Corp of Engineers to
keep the project on schedule.

Chicago Bridge and Iron, Lake Charles, LA - Industrial/Nuclear
Nuclear Professional overseeing and troubleshooting the Fabrication of Mechanical Modules for the
AP1000 Nuclear Powerhouses for Vogtle and Summer. Scope of work includes insuring that
Traceability of Materials is recorded and verified, Procedures are followed according to the NQA1
Program, a Safety Conscious Work Environment is promoted at all times, making sure that the Industrial
Safety Policy of CB&I is followed by all employees, goals are met and the Schedule for shipment of
modules is adhered too. Documented Training Professional of Procedures and Policies and a member of
the Volunteer Group at CB&I Lake Charles.

Uranium Enrichment facility in Eunice, NM. Responsible for Coordinating the Mechanical, Electrical and
Plumbing contractors with other disciplines. Involved with Start Up and Commissioning of Electrical and
Mechanical Systems. Earned Construction Engineer (CE) sign off for electrical and mechanical installations.
Site Superintendent on Gate Barge Project for the Corp of Engineers in New Orleans, La. Gate Barge is to be
used as a deterrent for water flowing into the Intracoastal Waterway from the Gulf of Mexico during a Tropical
Cyclone.

The Gilbane Building Company, Providence RI - Higher Education
Gilbane has 11 Regional Offices in the United States and Puerto Rico, my tenure with Gilbane was spent in the
Southwest Region out of a branch office in Grapevine, TX. Worked as a Project Manager in Tulsa Oklahoma on
a higher education project with EDMC (Education Management Corporation). This project was awarded the Tom
Gilbane Achievement Award.
After completing and closing out this project, I was assigned to Texarkana, TX in the fall of 2008 as the MEP
Coordinator for Gilbane. Dealt with all trades as the structure progressed then focused on the technical trades of
plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression after going vertical. Coordinated extensive work within the Central
Plant during Commissioning of Boiler Systems and Chiller Systems. This project was State funded; therefore
Quality and Record Keeping was of the upmost importance during the building process.

Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, FL - Retail
Preconstruction duties involving budget, schedule and county permitting. Reviewing construction
documents and meeting with GC/Construction Manager for comments on civil drawings. Attending
seminars and classes on Buzzsaw and SAP to become familiar with new accounting and record
keeping programs.
White Oak Village in Richmond, VA - Commercial/Retail
Vice President of construction for FCE needed a PM to be involved with a new retail project in
Richmond, VA. I was chosen because of my background in industrial and retail applications. A
manufacturing plant had to be demolished for a new retail development to be constructed. This involved
a ground water treatment system to be relocated while demo operations took place. The previous
manufacturing company had infiltrated the ground water with solvents and other contaminants, this
ground water had to be extracted and filtered before being released back to the water table. I have had
involvement with the USEPA and the VAEPA on this project. After demo and relocation of the Ground
Water Treatment system had been completed, the next milestone was to design the appropriate
temporary power and phone service for the 160-acre project. We accomplished this with my input on
electrical and piping system.

Houston and Tampa. Company contracts valued at $995M for 2006. Ranked 45 in the top 400

Southeast Herman Hospital in Houston, TX - $46.5M - Healthcare
Supervised work in Healthcare at Herman Hospital Southeast in Houston, TX. Directly over
Construction, commissioning and start up of new Central Plant and ICU wing expansion. Installation of
new boiler system to replace old system. Commissioned the system before schedule end date.
Suggested and implemented a procedure to shut-down existing chill water system and start-up new
chill water system in a 10-hour time period and in doing so saved the owner a considerable amount of
money.
Lau Berge Du Lac Hotel and Casino in Lake Charles, LA - $145M - Hospitality/Entertainment
Involved in start-up of life safety system and grand opening of the casino. Was a key player in the
acquisition of the Certificate of Occupancy to open the doors to the public on the scheduled opening
date. Directly involved with coordination and scheduling of MEP crafts during construction of the
Hotel Towers.
Ritz-Carlton - Hospitality
MEP Coordinator for the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Dallas, TX. Coordinated the Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing Contractors during the Construction phase of the project. Involved with
scheduling and procurement. Worked extensively with City Utility Company to tie into existing
Electrical and main water lines/fire water lines and sewer lines.
Yacht Haven Resort in St. Thomas, USVI - $100M - Hospitality
Supervised and coordinated contractors at the Yacht Haven Resort. It is essential to have excellent
contractor coordination skills when working out of the United States. Coordinated contractors in the
MEP trades during the construction of Five Star Hotel.
U.T.A Physics and Chemistry Building in Arlington, TX - $43M - Higher Education
Expedited the completion and close-out of newly constructed building. This also involved the opening
of the largest planetarium in the State of Texas. The head of construction at the university
commended me on my expertise of technical skills and how I presented myself at the owner/contractor
weekly meetings. It is also noted that because of this, the close –out process went extremely smooth.

DeBartolo Properties Management, Inc. – Construction Division of the Simon
Property Group
Largest property Management Company in North America. Owns and operates 280+ properties in
North America, Europe and Asia.
Northeast Mall Expansion/Renovation in Hurst, TX - $250M - Retail
Provided supervision for expansion and renovation of the second largest shopping mall complex in
the state of Texas. Attended monthly meetings with city, state and owner representatives to
coordinate $250M retail construction effort. Responsible for complete renovation of electrical
distribution systems for mall common areas and tenant spaces. Excellent coordination and
communication with contractors and mall management resulted in zero down time for mall anchor
stores and small tenants. Saved the owner a considerable amount of money because of experience
with electrical shutdowns and bringing systems back on line.
Metro Center Mall in Phoenix, AZ - $5M - Retail
Supervised demolition of existing mall spaces on two levels surrounding mall common areas.
Made way for new Van’s Skate Park. This included replacing old air handling units with new
state of the art Trane units using the existing chilled water system. Instrumental in keeping mall
open with no down time and existing tenant satisfaction. Designed and coordinated the installation
of isolation valves in the chilled water system, so that if in the future the skate park vacated the
premises, tenants could lease and build without draining the chill water system again.
This saved The Simon Property Group a large sum of money after Van’s Skate Park vacated two
years later.
Barton Creek Mall in Austin, TX - $8.5M - Retail
Completed mall renovation and expansion, including completed common area marble floor
demolition and replacement. Involved with complete start to finish participation in mall/tenant
coordination. Construction phase was completed under budget and two months ahead of
schedule.
Prien Lake Mall in Lake Charles, LA - $15M - Retail
Directly involved with energy management system, fire alarm system and MEP system.
Corrected electrical schematics that were essential to opening of mall at the intended date.
Labeled by my supervisors as a “great find”.
ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT ---1993 to 1998
Dupont/Conoco Petroleum Company in Lake Charles, LA - $500M - Industrial
Electrical superintendent in charge of waste water treatment facilities, lube-oil hydro-cracker
and product transportation. Directly involved with testing of life safety systems and
bringing components of the process on line in a safe and timely manner. Was awarded a sizeable
performance bonus as a contracted employee from the owner.
Electrical Coordinator
EBASCO Construction Company at the South Texas Nuclear Power House in Bay City, Texas. - Nuclear
Worked with EBASCO Engineering on FCR’s (field change requests) and DCN’s (design change
Requests). Provided Electrical knowledge and experience to design modifications on conduit and cable
tray hangers, wire pulling calculations and over all sequence of work. Worked with document control
daily to insure a steady flow of construction installations in the field.
