Implementation Consultant II

ADP - Atlanta, GA - October 2015 – January 2019

- Implemented ADP Vantage using the specific Vantage 3 phase methodology of Modeling, ProveIt and Realize. This specific process of implementing clients consisted of learning everything available about the client by researching their website, social media presence, then once the data was provided either by the data team or by myself if it wasn’t available prior to the modeling sessions held onsite. Once the data was received, then I analyzed what we had received versus the required ADP data elements. If more data was needed, then that would happen after modeling. Onsite, several sessions are held and facilitated pertaining to HR since the HR module is key for before the other modules can be configured. These phases can be anywhere from 12 – 24 weeks depending on the specific client needs. Additional data is gathered, along with meeting the client project team and understanding their specific business model. We used ADP best practices during the sessions and once we were reached the end of data configuration, the client entered into the ProveIt phase where the data was shared for data validation. Most clients don’t validate their data, which makes this phase of each project very time consuming for the implementation team but we always used insightful expertise handling the complex data components. Most teams worked together making sure the data was configured according to the specifics of each clients’ business but HR is still the core and needed to be configured correctly. Multiple onsite visits were made, along with additional sessions using WebEx. Once the client sign-offs were received, it was usually time for the Realize phase which is the actual Go-Live. The data is ready and loaded into the Production environment and the testing of the HR data has been completed so that the client can actual begin using the system until the Payroll system is ready to be turned over for Go-Live. Several Quality Gate sessions are held so that both the ADP & client project teams can provide input on whether to go-live or not. Once this confirmation is made, the leadership teams agree to move forward and the client begins to perform the day-to day tasks and the implementation team is used for support until they are turned over to the account service team.
