Achievements
Implemented daily Work Order expiry/ESA clean-up which adds Economy Value Add to account by terminating high paid contractors and replace with FTE, which had improved the accounts’ margin
Contractors’ timesheet follow-up with Client hiring managers and sub contractors’ vendor directly which has improved monthly billing amount. In turn unnecessary revenue leakage has been reduced
Played a vital role in converting Client payment mode from Check to EFT, which speeds-up the payment from Jul’17. Currently we are receiving 3-4 set of payments from Client
Received appreciation from Onsite account head in decreasing client write-off by doing rigorous follow-up on ageing invoices for payment. Due to this unnecessary revenue leakage has been arrested.
Tool creation - Involved coding experts in automating the mundane tasks, which helped in improving operations efficiency and decreased overall idle time
