Implementation of scrapples 35 and 47 depth 70X70 switch boxes (5+2=7tools) with cost saving around 3M SR (3 Million Saudi Riyals) per Year.

Optimized powder coating line-2 for consumer unit (Quality improvement). Reduced rejection from 8% to 1%

Coil weight increase (from 5T to 8T), size changes were initiated with cost saving around 0.87 MSR (0.87 Million Saudi Riyal) per Year

Installed auto plating line with capacity of 2.75 M sq. ft / year

Area saved 3000 sq. mtr. by lean concept layout & Factory shifted without affecting delivery schedules.

Successfully installed many automation lines / machines as a process / capacity improvement like, Box Wrapper line (Fagor, Spain), Slitting line (Taiwan), CNC punching / Laser & bending machines (Trumpf, Germany), Powder coating lines (Automated), Assembly line & many presses (35T – 300T). Also, developed & maintained around 500 press tools / molds.

Travelled UK (London), Germany & Taiwan for the business requirements. Also, went Nepal & India many times for recruitments.
