April, 2018 to Present: Maintenance Technician – Engineers & Planners Co. Ltd, Tarkwa - Mines

Major Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality standards.

Execute Pm checks on a routine scheduled basis. This includes visual checks, Vims downloading, creating status reports with Cat Et, checking electrical quantities and signatures etc.

Detect of faults through the uses of diagnostic laptop computers, gauges and instruments in all machine systems; electronics, hydraulics, power train, engines and general machine performance.

Schedule and perform routine checks and maintenance of electrical system components per specifications.

Use electrical circuit diagrams and manufacturer’s manuals to assure proper repairs.

Troubleshoot and find faults on different type of heavy mining, construction and agriculture machines as well as testing headlights alignments and intensity.
