Lot Event Management System (LEMS):
LEMS is a central corporate system that validates all non-conforming lots information’s. It will receive all non-conforming Work In Progress (WIP) information of EWS and ASSY from FACTORYWorks (FW). LEMS interface will extract records of all non-conforming lots & those lots impacted by business rule transaction at MES level from non-conform to confirm lots for central LEMS application consideration.
Table system: Reads ASCII text files from FACTORYWorks (FW) and store it into the staging tables and then later it transfers the records to the final tables after validation. This system is also capable of newly added records, new columns, and new tables. To delete records FACTORYWorks also send an ASCII text file with references. Then the table system application validates and performs the deletion activity.
TracerTrac: TRACERTRAC - Integration loader to load the User Certification data from TracerTrac database to FACTORYWorks usage database.
DQMS: It is a central corporate system that validates the FACTORYWorks information. DQMS will receive the data from FACTORYWorks system to validate the data periodically. DQMS will perform a data integrity check on all the data received, Monitor the differences and advice. FW will send every week 3 files containing following information in FW. All product data, All BOM data and Step Class configuration for all process plans The CRON job initializes the execution of DQMS shell scripts. The shell script calls the stored procedure and extracts the information from FACTORYWorks database. The HERMIS is sued to transfer the file to the corporate system.
