Responsible for all non-investment related functions of the firm thereby allowing the General Partner to focus solely on asset management.

Areas of Responsibility:

Accounting & Tax:

• Maintain parallel set of books and records with an independent third party administrator.

• Review and approve monthly valuations of all funds.

• Review of third-party administrator’s preparation and coordination of investor capital statements.

• Prepare quarterly financial statements and tax estimates.

• Manage the fund’s annual audit process, including financial statements preparation and external auditor requests.

• Prepare tax allocations and K-1s for investors.

• Monitor cash positions, reconciliations and manage cash reserves.

• Run accruals and expense allocation process.

• Maintain all the books and records for the management companies utilizing Quick-books.

• Prepare yearly and quarterly Financial Statements and investor tax allocations.

• Analyze and execute trades for tax efficient portfolio-hedging and tax loss harvesting. Operations:

• Primary contact for all areas of the firm’s relationship with prime brokers including negotiations of rates and fees.
