Ensuring standard operating procedures are being followed during the shift to carry out the routine operations of all major equipments (Pumps, Compressors, Steam Turbine, Exchangers, Coolers, Filters, and Heaters etc.)

Active participation in Trouble shooting, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of Equipment.

Coordinate with Operation Planning for Optimization, Startup and shut down Planning.

Co-ordinate with the Technical, Maintenance and Scheduling departments for trouble shooting and Optimization.

Verification of Field Log Sheets, Hazop Study, Prepare SOP’s, Checklist, Training Module for Critical Activity

Co-ordinate with Control Room DCS operators for optimization, Maintaining Operating window and Trouble free operations

Daily Alarm Monitoring and Review, Daily Report’s preparing as per MIS

Carryout Different Survey’s for Plant Safety,Reliability and Efficiency with Process Optimization
