Activities Performed
Monitoring of project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims to ensure that all project’s expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Provide cost controlling support for the project which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of billing processes.
Perform technical and commercial review of long time tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of service agreements.
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the completion of the project work.
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Preparing of Bill of Quantity as per specification and drawings.
Preparing of Material Submittals and get approval from Consultants/Client.
Prepare the work planning (in Primavera P6) Contractual Schedule for projects

Prepare the updated cash flow and S Curve based on the progress of the projects and measure & Compare the Progress from Earn Value Management.
Coordinate with other departments to implement smooth handing over of projects without delay.
Ensure that all Inspections are executed efficiently and expeditiously in order to comply with the master construction schedule.
