8) Major Accomplishments & Projects :-

1) Recently developed a Thermo-Chemical Reduction process for extraction of Aluminium from high silica containing Alumina Resources (like high silica bauxites, clays, fly ash etc.) which would replace the conventional Hall-Heroult Process. 4 Patents have been applied for. A paper in this regard was read at IBAAS Conference in Mumbai & won the second prize for best presentation in the Aluminium Smelting category. The process was also presented at INCAL 2019 at Bhubaneswar. 2) I have also developed a “Modified Bayer’s Process” for extraction of valuables from Bauxite like TiO2, REOs etc, before they join Red Mud. The process can also be termed as NRM Process, NO RED MUD Process). The patent has been applied.

2) In Zimbabwe.successfully operated the kiln using Magnetite Iron Ores & Low V.M. coal to convert a loss making organization in to a profit making organization. 3) While Operating the SMS for SMC Power Generation Ltd. Jharsuguda established a proper charge mix for using Sponge Iron, Pellet Sponge Iron & Pig Iron to achieve maximum productivity & low cost of production.

5) Developed a process for extraction of pure Magnesia from Dolomite. 6) would like to work on the extraction of Magnesium Metal from Dolomite. 7) Working with Mr. T.K.Mukherjee (an eminent retired scientist from B.A.R.C.) on extraction of Titanium Dioxide from ilmenite sands & subsequent extraction of Ti Metal. 8) Also going to assist Mr. T.K.Banerjee in the extraction of Rare Earth Metals. 9) Experience:
