1. Engineering and Building Operations and Maintenance: 1.1 On a shift basis, leads the operations and maintenance team composed of Assistant Shift Engineers and service provider's staff to ensure that all building services such as air conditioning, power and water supply, lighting, sewage, elevators, fire protection and others are in safe and efficient operating condition.

1.2 Devices programs for the upgrade, improvement and rehabilitation of facilities and engineering equipment in line with new developments in technology, government regulations, Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System(E2HSMS) requirements and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines. Ensures that these programs are completed on schedule and within the approved budget. 1.3 Prepares cost efficiency maintenance programs and schedules for the operation of building services equipment to ensure proper utilization and economical operation.

1.4 Conducts investigation of equipment and systems failures with the aim of restoring the affected service without delay, and recommends measures to avoid recurrence of failures; coordinates with public utility companies on service interruptions and other related problems. 1.5 Recommends improvements/enhancements to existing facilities and engineering equipment operations as influenced by the new development in technology, government and E2HSMS requirements.

1.6 Recommends, implements and monitors the Bank's energy and water conservation measures and cost control. 1.7 Assists in the preparation and evaluation of documents/engineering design proposals of major project and activities, and other quality management initiatives of the unit.

1.8 Coordinates with various government agencies in securing government permits and licenses for the operation of various engineering services; also coordinates with various maintenance contractors in the proper implementation of contracts, evaluates their performance, and assists in preparing and reviewing maintenance contracts.

1.9 Ensures continuous operation of essential building services and prevents damage to property by making himself/herself available for duty during holidays and in times of emergencies like storms, civil disturbances, etc. 2. Budget Planning and Control:

2.1 Provides inputs in the preparation of annual and midyear budget for building engineering services, and post-evaluation of the unit's administrative and capital expenditures, including special capital budget requirements. 2.2 Supervises the purchase of equipment and tools, spare parts, engineering supplies and materials, and related service by initiating requisitions and providing supporting documents to ensure efficient procurement. Verifies Request for Purchase of goods and services in the Oracle system. 3. Administrative Support:

3.1 Coordinates the prompt response to complaints/requests for engineering services through the Building Service Request. 3.2 Provides inputs to reports and correspondences related to the unit's administrative requirements including preparation of periodic accomplishment reports, reviews of applicable Administrative Orders, audit reports, best practices and other related procedures/guidelines. 3.4 Contributes in achieving the work plan objectives of the Unit. 3.5 Performs other duties that may be assigned as reflected in the incumbent's work plan. 2007 – 2017 Project Manager

A. With guidance from upper management, delivers the project successfully to the customer while minimizing all risk to JOHNSON CONTROLS and the customer. This incorporates issues such as safety risk assessments, ensuring proper authorizations have been received from clients before expending cost, and ensuring proper co-ordination with the client's internal departments, operations organization and the clients other third-party suppliers has taken place to prevent work conflicts. These are accomplished by following the JOHNSON CONTROLS project process and construction protocols. B. Participate in establishing the scope of project, addressing all aspects including but not limited to business requirements, performance specifications, planning, cost and procurement strategies. Identifies all consultants and main contractor representative/point of contacts and appoints qualified sub-contractor. C. Develops the scope and initial design up to the procurement stage. Responsible in contributing inputs for all design management of suppliers and contractors. Requires the milestones in the schedule to be tracked and met, the design completed to meet performance specifications, budget developed to meet financial requirements, and clear approval from the customer, dependent departments and third parties. D. Procures the project in accordance with the strategy outlined in the initiation phase. Undertakes contract negotiations to ensure the best value is being delivered to the customer and make the formal recommendation to the customer. Awards the contract based on the customer's/consultants/main contractors approval.

E. Ensures the project is implemented in accordance with the design and ensures a timely response to questions related to field conditions. Ensures all work is done in a safe manner and that customer and vendor welfare is addressed at all stages. Monitors progress against the schedule and takes corrective action where necessary. Works with all parties to ensure prompt and accurate information is provided to all parties F. Works with the customer and vendor to ensure the end product is delivered per the agreed requirements. Ensures all punch list work is completed in a timely manner and that it does not interfere with the clients ability to occupy the space or related equipment. Reviews and approves payment to contractors after verification that work was completed. Ensures all O&M manuals are received and reviewed, and the necessary training is received by staff on equipment. Documents and files all warranties, and as built drawings and closes out the project in accordance with JOHNSON CONTROLS and client requirements.

G. Provides focal point for all parties interfacing on the project. Ensures all information/input is received by all parties in a timely manner and facilitates all aspects of the project. 1998 - 2007 Project Engineer

1. Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability. 2. Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project. 3. Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data. 4. Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures. 5. Establish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests. 6. Coordinate with various MHI country branches in regard to deliveries assuring all equipment and parts are coordinated properly. 7. Arranging project requirements including logistic equipment, local work permits, 3rd party inspector, respective OEM entities for start-up & others. Primary Work Experiences & Personal Details:
