Southeastern Conference (A local headquarters for the Seventh -day Adventists in Florida, Faith Based Organization) Accomplishments:

Human Resources Director: Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Mt Dora Florida. October 2010 – present.

Established and continue to develop the first Human Resources Management Office for SEC.

Provides human resources support services to over 400 employees who serve a constituency of over 54,000 church members throughout the state of Florida and sections of Southern Georgia.

Supports the organization leadership in all human resources functions including strategic human resource planning, talent management, benefits coordination, employee engagement, employee relations concerns, training and development initiatives.

Creates and develops the Southeastern Conference Human Resources Office.

Provides strategic Human Resource planning and forecasting trends for Administration.

Formulates, implements, and administers Human Resource policies and objectives for the Southeastern Conference office and constituency.

Administers programs that establish and maintain effective employee relations through the consistent and equitable application of policies and procedures.

Identifies employee relations issues and recommends appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues.
