Veon Digital Stack is the next generation Ericsson BSS-Revenue Management convergence solution which is being run in 11 opco’s of Veon (Ukraine, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Georgia and other euro Asia countries). My role is to support this engagement as Enterprise Architect & Business analyst working on the Business-driven use Cases, Customer Interaction journeys, high Level design and mapping of customer requirements to the Solution design and technical level flows to cover all the functional and non-functional requirements.
The project is quite challenging with 100’s of team members working on the different parts of the solution and there is a high level of coordination between the design and the implementation team.

Telenor has selected Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP) which is a Mobile Financial Services offering of Ericsson to transform its MFS Solution. As Business Process Analyst, revamped the business processes pertaining to 100’s of customer driven use cases in Telenor’s Mobile Wallet/ Easy paisa ecosystem.
As Principle Enterprise Architect defined and designed commercially viable solution meeting customer requirements encompassing all the functionalities to work coherently and efficiently.

Worked in multiple roles and projects in Telenor Pakistan with the focus on Siebel Order Management, Integrating Siebel CRM with BSS/OSS applications in Telco domain using TIBCO as Middleware.
Initially, Managed Provisioning and Service Activation system (Tertio, a product of evolving systems Inc) and its interfacing with HLR, NG-HLR, and Siemens IN, VMS, MMS & VoMS. With the start of Suscriber Portability Operations in Pakistan, I was provided the opportunity to work on NPG system and integrated the Telco’s GSM Portability system with SIEBEL CRM using TIBCO EMS and JBOSS. I worked on this application since its design with a team of Architects and have been involved in its UAT, FUT and MNP commercial.
