To whom it may concern:
I am writing you today to give my professional recommendation for Donnie Webb.
I was the project manager for a large industrial project where Donnie was contracted to provide support for the installation, start-up, and ramp-up of production machines. It was an environment where the payback of the project depended heavily on our ability to ramp-up the machines quickly to begin delivering product.
Donnie provided exceptional service during this time. All of the machines we installed were delivered and installed by our French headquarters engineering teams. Donnie worked closely with them to ensure smooth integration of the machine into the existing factory environment, keeping them informed of our progress even after their departure. Probably his greatest contributions were working through the numerous bugs in the automation, providing enhancements to functionality, and training the Maintenance department on the new technologies. Donnie demonstrated mastery of a variety of industrial automation technologies. We never encountered a technical challenge that Donnie was not able to overcome. Feedback on Donnie was always complementary from our Engineering groups. Donnie’s demeanor was always professional and he worked well within a team, focusing on the mission at hand.
I would encourage you to give serious consideration to Donnie for any of your projects involving industrial automation.
Sincerely,
Timothy Guggisberg
