●Expertise in the hvac installation process from initiation to completion as well as a knowledge in the general building process.
●Excellent communication skills including physical meetings, phone meetings, and email.
●Excellent record keeping
●Skilled in leading an installation crew and getting positive results.
●Excellent blueprint reading skills acquired from in field experience as well as classroom work. Familiar with Cad Pro and Captera.
●Experience working with different hvac systems including Trane, Carrier, Water Furnace, First Company, Goodman, Lennox, Rheem, and LG. Experience working with gas, oil, and geo thermal systems.
●Skilled working with a variety of hand and power tools.
●Experience organizing and working with rigging equipment including knowledge of rigging terms and hand symbols.

Having been in the HVAC field for nearly 10 years I have a lot of experience with many aspects of the work. My position as a crew leader gave me the knowledge and skills I have at completing custom installation projects. I have excellent people and communication skills from not only my work at ENCON but also from my studies in college. I also have great organization and record keeping skills I learned in college and applied to my job. I have a passion for this work and am extremely motivated.
