Description: Assess, study and answer to the contractor narrative (Snamprogetti Saudi Arabia Co) and report by studying the tender documents regarding the dewatering process. Freelance, Hydrogeologist / Expert April 2010-Feb.2013 Designing and implementing projects in dewatering and water level lowering by pumping and draining suspended groundwater bodies in low land areas in Amman city, these activities were done for many cases. Through the soil test, five boreholes with 3" diameter, and five meters depth. The results showed the presence of water in the cores at 3 meters below the ground surface. I was consulted by the construction company to give a solution to such a problem, after the site investigation and core examination; the conclusion was the presence of a clay lens which caused accumulation and building up a suspended water body. Two submersible pumps with 10 m3/h capacity were used together for 10 hour, the pumped water was drained away into a small drain, the water level in the boreholes was almost to the bottom. This experience was repeated four times in four different locations.
