In December 2018, I became the project manager of the National Strategy for Health and Environment, which is supervise by the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection. This national plan is the baseline for improving the environmental and health situation in the country and region due to its harmonization with the Arabic health and environmental strategy and the international health and environmental strategy. The strategy achieved man of its objectives include conducting five environmental assessments in five different locations in the country, conducting 145 training days everywhere in the country, collecting environmental and health data to be analyzed, and many other health and environmental objectives. Before that, I was the general manager of one of the biggest construction companies in Jeddah, and I concentrated on establishing solid safety and occupational regulations in the sector. In my military experience as the Commander of the First Naval Wing of the Maritime Aviation Group of the Western Fleet, I was specialize in in air safety, ground safety and accident investigations. Art and Science (MMAS) Degree from the Staff College in Riyadh and a Bachelor of Marine and Military Sciences from King Fahd Marine College in Jubail. In addition, I received the Naval Flight Diploma from the US Navy after more than two years of training with the US Navy in Pensacola and Milton, Florida. In addition, I hold a General high Diploma in Education from Umm Al-Qura University. I speak Arabic (my mother tongue) and English at an advanced level.
I gained many leadership skills through my long experience and progressive responsibility in the work, which varied between educational, administrative, official, military representation, field training and my readiness to travel at any time. I have obtained the necessary academic research experience and skills to prepare studies, ask research questions and find analytical solutions. I participated in training pilots and giving lectures in aviation, occupational safety and health. My job as director of plans and operations enabled me to actively participate in the formulation of strategic plans and ideas, prepare future combat plans, anticipate the future and follow up progress in drafting work programs with integrity, sincerity, justice, honesty and neutrality until I got promoted as the commander of the Naval Aviation Wing and retired in 1435H.
