Working with Cogtest Services Pvt. Ltd (Formerly known as Sovereign Health Group) as a Lead – HR from 22nd August, 2016 till date.

Roles and responsibilities:

MANPOWER PLANNING, RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

• Managing and coordinating the entire Recruitment: After getting approved manpower requisition from the group head/ team manager/ management, preparing job description, formalizing the manpower plan with group heads, identifying position requirements, exploring the channels of sourcing, interviewing, selection and final HR round.

• Staged/Managed multiple out station hiring & walk-in event in India.

• Handling the Entry and Middle level recruitment.

• US Healthcare recruitment & Onboarding.

INDUCTION PROGRAMS:

• Conducting joining Formalities for all new Joinees i.e. assisting in filling joining forms.

• Issuing appointment letters to the employees and Defining roles & responsibilities of new joinees and setting their KRAs

• Coordinating with bank and the employees for opening salary accounts

• Conducting Induction for new joinees: Making the candidate aware of company’s policies, culture. Giving employees complete introduction of the organization.

• Coordinating with reporting Manager or departmental head to arrange second session of Induction i.e. defining roles and responsibilities of the new joinee and setting their KRAs. EMPLOYEE LEAVE & ATTENDANCE, PAYROLL:

• Keeping track of employee’s attendance and late coming report on daily basis

• Preparing Payroll Report, employee salaries, bonus & incentive report EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (for India):

• Implementation of Medical benefits, administering, negotiations and coordination with the vendor

• Provident Funds, ESI and Statutory Bonus and different queries and coordination

• Coordination and administering Sodexo/Paytm and other gift cards EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ANNUAL APPRAISAL:

• Keeping track of employees monthly, quarterly and annual performance

• Awarding the best performers

• Conducting 360 Degree Employee’s annual appraisals EMPLOYEE EXIT PROCESS:

• Conducting employee exit interview or exit formalities.

• Issuing relieving letter, experience letter and F&F settlement. HR POLICY FORMULATION & DOCUMENTATION:

• Creating new policies, processes and templates

• Updating employee database, records

• Issuing notice, warning letters, No call no show letters, Appointment letters, Promotion letters etc. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS, ATTRITION MANAGEMENT AND GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT:

• To develop healthy relations with the employees, understanding their areas of concerns, challenges that they are facing in their profile and organization culture

• Providing correct resolutions and resolving the issue by continuous follow-ups.

• Administering disciplinary procedures including issuing warning letters & termination

• One on one and skip level meetings with the employees.

• Study attrition data and identifying triggers and developing action plan.

• Addressing Employee grievances

TRAINING AND CAREER PROGRESSION:

• Co-Facilitating behavioral training Programs at the Site Level

• Direct synchronization with Group Training Centre for execution and planning of E-learning programs for employees

• Participate in Training and Development activities determining employee-training needs. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

• Responsible for Performance Appraisals for all associates and support staff.

• Ensure employees appraisals & development plans are in place for every Associate and liaise with the training managers to ensure appropriate training is delivered in line with them. Worked with AON Hewitt as an Experienced – Benefits Ops Administrator (Health & Welfare) from from 21st June 2012 to 19th August 2016.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Adheres to standard operations management practices and understanding of delivery models and regulatory/legislative knowledge. Provide input on delivery model and best practices.

Defining Operational/BCP/Crisis management process and its documentation management

Drafting and Finalizing the SOPs for each processes after consulting with the Client and the Process Heads. PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Coordination with the Client HR team for employee benefit program and policies.

Monitor client operations dashboard measures to proactively manage client-level impacts

Prepare and executes internal/external quality audits and training need identification. Maintain and improve the overall quality of service delivery and monitor the progress of training plans and driving Quest/ Quality Initiatives TEAM MANAGEMENT

Taking care of team for their queries related to the process for multiple locations.

Performing a role as a one stop solution for the team.

Tracking the break, leaves & attendance for the team. Worked with UnitedLex as an Analyst from 7th April 2011 to 6th June 2012. Roles and responsibilities:
