• Helped in the development of the Global CECL End-to-End Operating Model with a focus on process improvement, improved governance, and automation

• Conducted regular deep dives into processes to identify needed process improvements and control gaps

o ServiceNow: Primary Issue Management tool for SMEs, Lead PMs, and Function leads for primarily technology issues and changes in Business requirements for the overall operating model o CMDB: An in-house software application was used as the primary warehouse for investigating differences amongst the different technology transfers within the group.
