Register and discharge all liens on Camex Equipment. Obtain registration and license plates for new Rental units. Obtain Buyout letters for customers and verify for accuracy and forward to customer.Track license plates. Check and update unit Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) on all rental units. Taking register Imported Vehicles (RIV) units to be certified at local service center. Ensure all proper documentation is in place for all new units. Prepare month end inventory list for the Controller and /or CFO. Create, verify and maintain customer accounts. Lead Administrator of the location for COR Safety Policy. Assist with Job description alignment in relation to safety program & hazards associated with Job Description. Be the lead in updating the Safety Program. Updating/ Modifying the safety program to ensure all is current with the job tasks being performed. Maintain attendance and Visitor sign in. Oversee incident reporting, emergency services and evacuations. Maintain all training and updating regularly. Hosting the Safety meetings weekly, monthly. Performing monthly safety inspections.
