1st Project,13 vents sluice (R.C.C) Including 5KM bituminous Road ( 3.00M wide) and with canal Side slope Lining over on Dabu Canal, Dabu, Canning, 24 PGS(S). Under I&W.D.

Project Duration : From 2013 – 2015 September

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :-

To complete the project over this canal we were followed some working steps these are—

First of all we had to construct a branch canal for beneficiary of continuing Agricultural process and also the canal have High tide and Low tide flow. In monsoon time the canal plays a big role for flooding over the area, that’s way we had to excavated earth work for for flowing of water besides the project. Next earth work excavation at below G.L (-1.550mt R.L), where constructed P.C.C work and R.C.C bed over the Mass bed of concrete . Next we constructed 12 nos of pier and both sides abutment wall (R.L +3.735). After that finally we layed deck reinforcement for deck slab casting including two sides footpath.

REINFOCEMENT USED – 20,16,12,10 DIA OF BARS.

GRADE OF CONCRETE USED – M10,M15,M25.

CLIENT: - IRRIGATION AND WATERWAYS DEPARTMENT

2nd Project A Arch Girder Bridge (R.C.C) at Kalighat,Over Tolly’s Nullah ( I& WD)

Project Duration : From 2016 – 2017 March.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:-

To completed the work over the canal we were followed some working steps these are –

First of all the 9.00 m length of M.S sheet piles were driven around the foundation area of both sides bank (u/s and d/s). Then the damp area were filled up by gunny bags for making of platform. Next we constructed the 900 mm dia of R.C.C bored piles. Then earth work excavation for bot. lvl. Of pile cap (-4.100 m R.L), also we completed the construction if pile cap and then settled out the taught alignment of Arch Girder. After completing of both bank abutment we prepared for deck slab casting with finished the work of staging over the flowing canal by ISMB 200,300. Next completed the deck slab curing period we layout of Arch Girder by helping AutoCAD 2D drawing and given ordinates input. Finally we constructed the typical Arch Girder and after completing the 28 days of curing we released the shuttering with staging from Mid span of bridge to both banks ends symonteneously.

REINFORCEMENT USED --- 25,20,16,12,8 MM DIA OF BARS.

GRADE OF CONCRETE USED—ALL WORKS WAS DONE BY M35.

Set out level and survey the site also testing grade of concrete which is used at site.

Check plans, drawings quantities for accuracy of calculation.

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.

Managing, monitoring and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or Architect.

Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervising, planning, quantity surveying and the general work force involved in the project.
