ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES in this PROJECT:
Archiving of Project Documentation and Ensuring that Client can easily retrieve them.
Establish quality document system with the requirements of the International Standard and Project requirement.
Establish and maintain Central Filing System and storage of record copies of all engineering drawings and other documents in hard copies and electronic files and monitor the revisions and approval status.
Organizing, managing outgoing and incoming documents. Recording in corresponding Registers and filing.
Preparing transmittals and issuing to our Concern Engineers.
Handling the complete scope of documentation for an ongoing project and ensuring that all kind of project documents and as-built drawings are satisfying the Consultant requirements and contractual agreement during Documents handover.
Preparing External and Internal Transmittal Sheets.
Maintaining Master copies of all Documents, Drawings, Project Procedures Documents/ Drawings, Manuals, Catalogues, Vendor Documents / Drawings etc safely.
